The British Association of Dieticians has a good leaflet about diet
Patientwebinars.co.uk is run by Somerset Foundation Trust. The have some excellent videos and further information / hand outs.
Patientwebinars also has good advice about The Low Lactose Diet and the FODMAP diet.
Remember that NICE suggest “A low FODMAP diet should be should be supervised by a trained dietitian and FODMAPS reintroduced according to tolerance after a limited period of restriction”.
Privately patients may wish use the BDA (The Association of UK Dieticians) find a dieticianpage
There are some good FODMAP resources out there including the patientwebinars videos above and the Monash University website for FODMAP advice it’s a paid resource but relatively low cost.
