Appointments
- From consultation manager select the Appointments List button
- Double click on next patient waiting to be seen
- To close consultation click the chair
- Remember to refresh the Appointments List before next action
Prescriptions
- Re-printing a prescription
- Scripts tab → select item → click “Show Prescription” (next to print on the right) → select recent tab - tick items that require reprinting → click re-print → select reason
- Post Dating a repeat prescription
- Repeat tab → selection item → click “Post Date icon” (next to print on the left) → F9 or print icon to print.
- Adding medication issued by outside organisation
- Repeat tab → add a repeat → Select organisation under “Source of Drug” → Type in prescriber → type in Organisation
- Medication Review
- Repeats tab → click add medication review → fill in required boxes
- Reauthorise medications using the blue and white notepad button
MED3
- Use the Add Menu → Scroll down to bottom → MED3
Test requests
- Electronic test requests button in the top toolbar - see Desk Aid for icon
Letters
- Finding Patient Letters by the Navigation Pane
- Miscellaneous → Correspondence
- Finding all patient documents
- Apps → Select app (Ctrl+F10) → Clinical Document Viewer
