I currently work in Scotland where access to text messaging is variable. For face to face appointments it’s also nice to give a patient something to take away.
Where I work the local physiotherapy service uses YouTube videos so a link that the patient can take away is required.
I’ve had some good success with patients who aren’t IT literate taking QR codes home that their spouse or relative can help them with.
