Links broken - May 2025 - Healthier Together Website Updated
The what0-18 / healthier together website has been updated which has broken all of the links below. Their new landing page is easier to navigate and is a welcome update but breaks all the links below.
For now - navigate to - https://www.healthiertogether.nhs.uk/professional#:~:text=Clinical%20Pathways and select physical health / primary care to access the flow charts.
I will eventually update this page with the new links.
